If your family is anything like mine, then dinner time is always a struggle. With three kids, I find each one has their own preference about foods. One likes one thing and another likes something else. This mama goes crazy trying to please everyone! One thing I do refuse to do is make separate meals for everyone, so sometimes, someone is in tears at dinner! When this happens, I always remember my mom saying, “If you’re hungry enough, you’ll eat” so I stick by that same philosophy. I may not always please everyone, but occasionally I’ll hit on a recipe that’s a winner and when I do, believe me, it is put in the meal rotation.
Today’s recipe is just that, a winner! Winner, winner, chicken dinner! Hee hee!
It’s a winner in my book because not only is it easy to make, but EVERYONE in my family loves it!
When you have something this good, you don’t want to hide it, so I thought I’d share with y’all.
