Tour my spring Family Room decked out with tones of blush for spring!
Spring Family Room
Updating a space can be simply changing out pillow covers and throws to give your space a new feel. In here, that and a few additions on my white table are all I needed for a change. It’s a large space but feels much more cozy with layered textures and cozy elements. Can you spot Irving? He is sitting in his favorite spot. Who wouldn’t want their favorite spot to be a fur blanket next to a fireplace, lol
You can read about how we gave our wood planked ceiling this gray weathered wood look. It was a tedious DIY but once you see the before you will realize that the after was well worth the work!
Our family room is open to our almost complete kitchen. We have been renovating this space from top to bottom since November. We are hoping to have every last piece done in time for Easter.
Behind on this renovation? No worries! You can catch up on all my kitchen renovation posts, here: Kitchen Plans, Kitchen Inspiration & Favorite Finds, Warm & Inviting White Cottage Kitchen Renovation~ Midpoint Check-In, White Cottage Kitchen Renovation Countertops, The Perfect Farmhouse Sink and Faucet, and Cottage Kitchen Bar and Beverage Nook.
It’s a nice space to entertain guests and we can’t wait to do just that!
Later this week, I’ll be sharing more about these cute spring decor items and flowers I purchased at Kirkland’s! The little nest just screams spring!
Another DIY project in this space was the white painted antique table. It is the perfect spot to showcase some seasonal decor!
