Master Bedroom Reveal {New Flooring & Tile}

Today, I'm sharing our new master bedroom flooring including brand new tile on the fireplace.

I'm so excited with how this makeover turned out!  We are enjoying this space so much more than we did before.  It's a spacious space but is warm and cozy at the same time. With brand new flooring and a new retiled fireplace, it is now our favorite spot to hang out in the evening.

We purchased our new rug from Rugs USA (LINK).  I love the cozy texture of the braided weave.  It really defines the space and warms up the floor.  We purchased the largest size so that it framed the room.

Our built in bookshelves were here when we bought the home and I use them to display family pictures, artwork, and extra blankets and pillows.

While keeping the palette very neutral, I added lots of live plants to add a pop of green.  This room gets lots of natural light with multiple doors leading out to the pool and large picture windows.

Our new Samsung Frame TV (LINK) above the fireplace is stunning!  I love the look of the frame which lies flush to the wall, but you can change the artwork out from an art store available.  The coolest part is it senses motion within the space and will automatically turn on the art when you enter the room.

The fireplace tile replaced our previous marble which was cream and beige.  The textured pattern and marble hearth go much better with the new flooring and style of the room.

This cute little white stool was a thrift store find which I made over.  You can see the whole post with the before and after here, (LINK).

This space in the window is one of my favorite spots to sit and read a book!

Most of the upholstered furniture was purchased at Wayfair.  The wood furniture pieces were antiques or thrift store finds that I painted.  Other DIY projects in this space include the recently updated plant stand (LINK), painted dresser (LINK), and shabby chic stool (LINK).

I hope you enjoyed this reveal and as always, thank you for stopping by the blog!

    This is such a beautiful master bedroom! The Samsung TV Frame is INSANE!!! I’ve never seen anything like that before! That’s such a creative idea for people who don’t want to have a TV in their bedroom or even living room. It’s so creative and looks beautiful in your space!
