I’m going to be honest with you. I love breakfast foods, but I don’t eat breakfast. Sound strange? Well, I seem to be always running a bit behind, so a cup of coffee seems to be my go-to morning pick me upper. Pancakes for dinner, yes please! Eggs and bacon for lunch, yes please! I love these foods but absolutely don’t see myself making the time each morning to pull off a big breakfast. Though I do know all the research on starting the day right by eating breakfast. With that said, one of my New Years resolutions is to do better about my morning routine.
In comes belVita. Hello! So happy to have discovered these little gems of morning magic! My local Meijer store carries them in the cookie and cracker aisle. Not only are they super yummy and give you the kick you need to start your morning, but they are high in fiber, nutritious, and come in three varieties; crunchy, soft baked, and bites. I love my morning coffee rush, but that is sometimes not enough or wears off way too soon and then I’m ready for a nap by noon! I’ve started eating belVita biscuits in the morning and have seen an increase in my energy. I also love the convenience of having something to grab and go when I’m rushing out the door to drop kids off at school.

4. Read or listen to something positive. Feeding your mind with positive uplifting thoughts helps you have a more positive mindset for the day.
