Turquoise Earrings & a Spring Casual Look

I'm excited about the warmer weather here in Ohio, but if you know the Midwest, it can be cold than warm and then cold again before you have a chance to blink!  Because of this variation in temperature, I like to keep closed toes and 3/4 length sweaters for most of March into April.  After that, I can pretty much assume that the weather will stay warm.

This outfit today is one of my favorites.  The top I picked up at Target along with these adorable leopard print ankle boots.  I love pairing inexpensive items with those more expensive.  This helps give your outfit a high style look!

These earrings, necklace and purse are all from Stella & Dot.  I am in love with the earrings because they can be taken apart to wear them 3 different lengths; a stud, a mid-length and then a chandelier!

This Hudson tote is my go-to bag.  It has numerous pockets on the inside for your water bottle, sunglasses and other necessities along with an outside slip pocket made to fit your phone perfectly.  It has structure so it will sit nicely on the floor and zips at the top to conceal your items.  My Ipad, wallet and pouches fit with extra room when needed.

If you are concerned about wearing distressed jeans, don't be!  They add interest and texture to your outfits and  pair perfectly with more dressy items to give them a more casual feel.  Warmer weather is the perfect time to pull them out and begin wearing them.  Who needs to worry about a little breeze at the knees? 🙂
